Our consultancy covers from design conceptualization to operational execution for food courts and eateries. Our clients include the Food Court at The Venetian (Macau), Food Republic at Wisma Atria, Koufu’s Rasapura at Marina Bay Sands and conceptualized the first humanless-digital-automat food court with OUE Re:Store in Downtown Gallery.
Makansutra has also worked with Singapore Tourism Board and International Enterprise (IE) on their Food Mission to USA with selected street food masters to showcase and promote Singapore street food. The company also consulted IE on their mission to Canada and USA to train F&B professionals.
The company has collaborated as a food partner and curator with Overseas Singapore Unit for Singapore Day 2007 (New York), 2009 (London), 2010 (Shanghai), 2012 (New York), 2013 (Sydney) and 2017 (Melbourne), involving more than 15 Singapore top street food masters at each event.
Makansutra was also part of the video production of Culinary Institute of America’s Flavours of Asia in 2007 (Singapore) with Master Chef Steve Jilleba, Flavours of Asia in 2010 (Beijing), including KF Seetoh as a co-host.
