Makansutra regularly curates, organizes and manage food-oriented activities like Food Safaris, Car Rallies, Culinary Bazaars, Food Festivals and Food Hunts for corporate companies, government bodies and associations since 1999. Events organized includes such as the successful month-long Singapore Food Festival’s event of the revival of the Gluttons Square Orchard Road Car park Hawker Centre in 2004 for Singapore Tourism Board (STB), a series of master classes for STB and various corporate companies. Makansutra also conceptualized, curated and organized Singapore Hawker Legends in 2005 for National Environment Agency and STB, followed by Makansutra’s Singapore Street Food Masters in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
