Restaurant Week 2015:

By Adeline Ang - Friday, Mar 06, 2015

Suffering from Restaurant Week fatigue? Judging from the very enthusiastic response we get on the ground, I’d say not. Despite the fact that Restaurant Week was last held 5 months ago, many restaurants are already fully booked. Launching its 10th edition this year, the theme of this year’s Restaurant Week (14-22 March) is: Something Old, Something New – A Modern Take on Comfort Favorites. So expect modern twists to your comfort food with examples such as Caramelized Iced Crispy Sea Prawns with Orange Salsa from Jade and Sarsonka Saag and Makkiki Roti from D’bell. For those who are not familiar with Restaurant Week, it’s an annual event where selected restaurants offer a special 3-course menu at the price of $25+ for lunch and $35+ for dinner. Restaurants awarded with a DiningCity Star will however, require the additional charge of $15+ for lunch and $20+ for dinners. Also, take this chance to dine at highly-rated restaurants such as UNAand Il Lido at a steal! Slots are filling up fast and since it is fastest finger first, go ahead and

End off your night with the Churros Chocolata at UNA
The tantalizing Sea Bass Fillet with Articokes & Cacciucco Sauce from Il Lido
At D’Bell, the Sarsonka Saag and Makkiki Roti is a fine example of a comfort food dish that is served in a modern presentation.
